Preventative Maintenance Assessments
A&R Construction will take the time and attention to assess the property and it's needs. We will provide an extensive report detailing preventative measures the property should take to avoid future maintenance issues and unforeseen expenses.
Capital Needs Assessments
A&R Construction will work closely with owners and management to survey the property. A detailed report will be provided outlining the estimated useful life of all the property's components allowing the estimated replacement reserves needed for bank loans, etc.
Green Initiative Projects
A&R Construction works directly with ownership groups and site teams to manage and complete various Green Initiative and Energy Efficiency Projects, including building envelope air sealing, Energy Star appliance replacement, electrical retrofitting, water usage reduction, smart thermostat installation, and water pipe insulation.
