Chris has 23 years of experience in construction, overseeing renovation projects to ground-up development of all asset types. He provides periodic analysis of workload to validate the schedule, determine appropriate strategies, and draft construction contracts. Lastly, he provides complex property surveys to develop budgets, property needs assessment plans, and preventative maintenance programs.

John spent over a decade working in facilities and commercial property management in the DC and Baltimore markets before deciding to transition to the construction side of things. He has worked closely with ownership groups, architects, and subcontractors on projects ranging from siding replacement to research laboratory and surgery center renovations.
